At this point I'm assuming the idle mixture screws are not making a difference. If you are already two turns out with each, then it's time to go back into the carb. Sounds like the idle circuits are not getting fuel or enough of it. I'll suggest another thorough cleaning of both the air bleeds in the main body and the circuitry in the metering blocks. Keep in mind that the secondary side of the carb also has a 'fixed' or non adjustable idle circuit and if it's not functioning then the primary side may not getting enough idle fuel. Another place to look is at the gasket between the main body and the throttle plate. Any warpage and/or gasket sealing issues there will upset the idle fuel flow also. Ted Eaton.
