Where have they all disappeared to?
Ford had a publicity stunt in which all the residents in some small town (I think in Indiana or somewhere in the upper midwest) were given a Ford product to drive for either a week or a month. It must have been in the late summer-early fall of '60 when they did this as the T-birds in the photo are '60's and not '61s - they were introduced very late in the season, i.e. November '60. I know there's more info on the promotion but I don't have it handy.
