2x8 run through the window opening or door opening, depending on how complete the cab is, with little 45 degrees blocks attached to catch the inside of cab and outside of door, padded with towels or rags works real good if you have any sort of lifting device like chain hoist or tractor. Some eyelets near the end to connect lifting straps to and boom, your done. Dont cheap out on the eyelets, you dont want them coming undone. Dont cheap out on the straps either. You can even space the 45 degree blocks on the 2x8 so that it keeps the 2x8 centered in the middle of the door or door opening. You dont want it tilting or slipping on you mid lift. Kind of a poor man's way to replicate lift mech on the assembly line...
