I see the rear bearing in backwards, no clutch fork on the front shaft, looks like the wrong synchro assembly (pre-39 is my guess) and the wrong second gear. I don't even see any brass synchros - wrong syncho assembly, second gear, etc.

The shift fork is probably wrong as well (if it was for this synchro hub) and God only knows what is going on between second gear, the main shaft, and all the bits and pieces in the synchro assembly and assorted thrust mechanisms.
