The drums are available for either the inside or the outside type rear hubs but I don't think they put them together due to the cost of a completed assembly. The hubs are expensive by themselves so this gives the customer a chance to use there old ones but you have to use the correct studs for the application that you have. A person also needs the swaging tool to reset them.
