Yesterday (
on my lunch hour) I reinstalled the generator, fan assembly and repolarized the voltage regulator on the
'51 F-1. Clearly, that system of the generator and fan assembly mounting was
NOT one of Fords 'better ideas'! The good (
or bad) thing is, I have a lot of experience changing out those assemblies...
Just another one of the joys of working on Flatheads.
Now, everything is back in working order on the '51. Time for some driving fun!
