Has he communicated with you since the parts were returned? Do you have proof that they were returned and accepted?

I would give him a couple more weeks and if he has not contacted you - then consider further action. When folks suddenly go silent, it is usually a very bad sign . . .

Hopefully this gets squared away - it is bad for ALL of us if a Barner screws another Barner.
