It gots better when I increased the tire pressure to >2.6 bar. But that was not good enough.
I've found the real problem: The pan that is sitting on the center ball cup for the front axle triangle (under the car approximately in the middle, don't know the exakt name; see picture) had too much play.

Radius ball
