My "girlfriend" (aka: wife) bought me one very similar to this last year for Christmas. I love it! It does a good job with all the tools I have been able to acquire since then; 3/8 ratchet, 1/2 impact, grease gun, power washer, and of course the air blast and chuck to fill tires. I haven't tried a sander or grinder yet, but don't think they would be a problem either.
Girls that buy tools for their guys are the greatest.
