I suspect that some 59's, probably post-1948 production replacement engines, used the late crank and rods Don't know for sure.

This is what I have. A C59A Canadian engine that came with insert bearings, but thick ones, not the thin 8BA type. Those thick shells seem to be made of unobtanium, so I've changed to floaters.
