Hey ronn, I get it, no one is going to chase someone in Africa or any other foreign country for that matter. But if this guy is a domestic there is no excuse for him not being arrested and prosecuted. Why do we pay HIGH taxes for law enforcement? If the cops can't keep up with it then hire more cops. Ignoring it just makes it proliferate.......
