I don't have any experience with the hub sleeves but I do with the ones that go on the axle housing. Many of those are too soft. I suggest having them tested for hardness before installation and re treating if neccessary. I also believe that with new sleeves inside and out and new rollers, they are often too tight and thus overheat. Some of what I have just said is second hand info but for all the work involved, it might be worth taking into account.
On my latest rear end, I went the new hubs, axle housing sleeve (checked and hardness OK) and a decent set of rollers route.
