Re: Dwell RPM meter
I got, at a flea market, a Niehoff Dwell-Tach T-44! The guy who had it was kind enough to open the battery compartment, and it was clean. No physical damage! Got it home and could not get it to calibrate with new batteries! Started fiddling and found some crud on the battery contacts. Got it cleaned and then kind of reverse engineered how to use it and got it all written down in a word file. It works perfectly. For my model A Ford, the only meter I really use is the tach. If the points are set right on a model A and timed right, dwell is interesting but ?????
