I described in a previous post a method I used to see if the radiator is partially blocked. i'll repeat it here if it might help.

When the motor is hot, wet the radiator with a hose. if the radiator dries in stripes in some places and remains wet in others, the stripey parts are where the hot water is flowing through the radiator. The wet parts are where the radiator is blocked.

I found this by accident, but it was worth sharing.
