The Ford Barn - View Single Post - T170 trans with stock 1932 ford K member ??

Does anyone happen to know if a T170 can be used without having to cut up the stock K member . It looks like one of the smaller trans’ that offer an overdrive gear .
Or is ANY overdrive trans just not doable without cutting the stock K member ?
