Hey Mike,
Haven't seen a vendor offered one.
You can make your own as I did.
To make one, you do need the die that makes the thread that you do not have. Example, if you have used/or new tie rod, cut it to length needed. You will have two halves. Each end needs right and left hand thread. I bought the left hand thread die. If seems that the right hand thread die is cheaper and more available. You can make the drag link with an 'adjuster' in the middle also...easier to adjust , IMO.
