Wheel sidemounts: solution tighten arm nuts, air up tires to at least 30# to seat in wells properly.
F150 tranny rear cross member support: solution check rubber pad condition.
Doors: use Door Ease (or toilet ring wax as stated) on bumpers, door latches, etc.
Windows: solution, shim felt runners if worn or glass too narrow.
Body bolts: check periodically
Steering column quadrant rods: check felt anti rattles or add insulation inside column housing
