Without knowing your goal, figure ruffly 3-5000 for complete engine rebuild (more if you do a Scat crank rods etc). If the body is solid with doors, 1200 to 1500 for it. Because you are in Calf., prices might be higher on the body. Then start looking at cost to replace the missing parts; hood, radiator (new one runs 800 to 1000 depending on where you get it from), wheels, axles, rear fenders, windshield etc. You don't say what else is needed so guessing. When you have done that, then go look at prices on the sites I suggested on running driving cars with titles for a comparison.
