Time for final tear down and onto paint. Oh Boy!!!

Luckily my passenger door was original and still completely intact. My disassembly was as the pictures go , One way to do it I guess.

Was able to remove the glass and not destroy anything. But also found some rot along the bottom edge that will need to be addressed.

Also I found remnants of (I presume) original glass down inside door.

Got the complete wiring harness out in 1 piece. Wasn't as bad as I thought actually. Unfortunately my gauge panel will need some interior work, chunks of paint floating around and now missing numbers off odometer. Hard to believe this was still operational.

Will be removing cab tonight, frame going outside, building my spray booth this week hopefully.
