Yes tubes its a real Pain getting the beads in the valve stem. I used a water bottle with a gear oil container cap, a tube clamped to the valve stem. Is a very slow process but worth the time. if your rim has left to right wobble get them trued first.With tubeless tires you just throw the bag of beads in, Ray
