Looks to be a Briggs std. Fordor with window trims added. If it has a centre roof round dome lamp, it was originally a standard & if with an oval lamp over rear seat , a Town Sedan. Why so concerned with authentic interior/paint? Are you going in for fine point? That is a lovely Fordor at a good price in my book.
