Good Morning all...Those Lucus $99 tires, at least the ones that I purchased were made in Viet Nam, according to the side of the tire. I have been running them for about three years and about 3000 miles and they seem better than the tires that were on the car before. They seem like good value for the money spent! Lots of tires and lots of choices...Ernie in Arizona
