Complete Chassis, frame, front and rear axles, springs, front and rear fenders, running boards and wheels............ $12.50
The difference with body color and fenders is that the body was sprayed with enamel and baked on and the fenders were dipped.
The frame etc painting mostly refers to 1 1/2 ton big trucks and not to commercial cars(pickups& panels etc).
