This car had a frame up restoration in 1985, actually built from the frame up, lots of things that need to be addresses, the covers need to be replaced, new wiring, fuses (great suggestion), The horn is actually the item that is not connected, told it has a short that has to be found. the wiring in the generator looks bad so probable one of the first major pieces to tackle...
