Had a good evening last night. Son and I have the engine out and ready to transfer carb and clutch. Input shaft looks to be way over engineered, huge for the HP. Really love the mechanics of these cars. I'm lucky that the car had a frame-off many years ago so no need to replace parts as we go and real clean.
Will be checking tranny fluid level and wondering what weight of oil to use if needed.
