If the spring is correctly positioned, it is likely a worn spring. Sometimes they can be re-arched but you have to figure that there must be some fatigue or even a cracked leaf or two in the spring pack. I'm fortunate that there is a pretty good spring shop near me. They can repair some leaves and replace others to get it back to correct ride height.
