Chassis Engineering which was bought out by Heidts a couple of years ago. I used the CE bolt on in my '38 truck and was very impressed with it. Its got to be very strong as it completely surrounds the frame rails. Speedway has a bolt in clone that looks not as strong to me. The web site doesn't show the bolt in so give them a call.
