Hey Tub The job can be done with 1 pilot and 2 cutters at a reasonable cost. Can post info if desired. I have done 100's of seats for 25+ years with great sucess. You have to get a Snap on or Black and Decker or Sioux pilot first to determine the cutter properties before ordering. These are always on flee bay.
