There is a possibility depending on how later your vehicle was manufactured. Early on, the ratio was 3.70 before it went to 3.78 however there was an option 4.11 gear ratio available for pick-ups in mountainous areas. The easiest way to tell is to remove the spark plugs, and with the vehicle on flat level ground, push the vehicle with the transmission in high gear and count the engine revolutions as the rear tire makes one complete revolution.
