I am not sure if you could use Klings kit for a V8,you might call him.He does mostly stock 4 banger Model A's.
House of Fab makes a kit with engine mounts,headers,and rear motor mount to weld in.
That,the Bishop Tardel book and a good welder woild get you started.
There is no way to bolt in a flathead without modification that I know of.
If you want to to it you would learn a lot as mentioned.
