Just curious: If "restored" means being "returned to as new condition", then are the high point cars "over-restored" and therefore not correctly restored (thus should have points deducted)? It seems the 100% correct restoration is a rather nebulous concept, therefore open to interpretation and disagreement.
But I'm a daily driver kind of guy so fine details don't concern me.
