65f100 Welcome to the site, A stuck intake valve is not likely the cause of your carb leak even though Marvel mystery oil is ok . Your probably going to have to check out the carb. clean it set the float level make sure the float valve is working set all the adjustments and maybe with some luck it’ll quit dripping. good luck my first model A was a 29 pickup.
