Are you looking to buy or end up with a show truck? The repaint wouldn't bother me, as long as it didn't look like they did it with a towel. It protected the steel, and at least in these pics doesn't look bad. But if you want a show quality/Dearborn quality truck, you'll have to factor in the cost of a repaint.
