When I was in college, a couple of the "local yokels" decided it would be a good idea to put one of these in a '53 Ford Tudor. Since they were "transmissionally challenged", they decided to use the Hydramatic that came with it. The whole thing was so heavy that the suspension went right down on the bumpers as soon as they set it in the car. They couldn't get it running, so a friend and I went to help them out. A quick perusal of the situation convinced us there were better uses for our time.
