Default Re: Time to buy the Service Bulletins

The Service Bulletins you are discussing were reprinted by MARC in 1997. By the spring of 2008 they had not been selling, therefore MARC discounted them and advertised them in the Model "A" News, as such. I believe the last copy sold by the end of 2008. $150 on e-bay, to bad there was not the interest in them then as it seems there is now.

Something else to consider, is the Service Letters. The Service Letters were technical letters to the dealers from their local assembly plant. These letters advised the dealer of any and all changes in the assembling of the Model A and AA. They were also regarded as an addition to the Service Bulletins. Some of the information that was in the Service Letters did not appear in the Service Bulletins. The Service Letters contain much more information. MARC has also reprinted these Service Letters from 3 of the assembly plants, they are available from the MARC office and some of the dealers also carry them. Like the Service Bulletins, the Service Letters will not last forever, currently they are only $15 plus shipping, but when MARC runs out, they to could be sold on e-bay for $100 +. They also have a lot of good informaton, think about them for your Christmas List.
