Ken, Every authentic panel I have had, have all been of one color. Some have perhaps appeared to be two but methinks that's simply fading of the surface that was pressed.
My research did not uncover the panels to be printed. However, that doesn't necessarily mean it didn't happen.
Your panel seems to have the stripes at an angle. Is that right? If so, I have never seen that either.
