Is there a product that reduce the weather strip drag on the windows?

My 64 Galaxie windows weather strips are somewhat stiff resulting in too much drag on the drag I have to give the glass a helping hand when raising and lowering the glass.

I have to replace one of the rear regulators because weather strip drag was too much for it.
