I would be happy to try to fix you up. Do you need a two hole or a four hole plate?
The bigger tube measures up to fit. The shafts are not smooth inside any more. A strip of sandpaper on a piece of wire and turned on a drill would clean one up. I can put the bigger tubes in all the shafts and turn them by hand. There is just a little drag. It would never be noticed in service. The horn rods fit with no problem in the bigger tubes.
FYI, the horn rods are not round. The repo rods are bigger in diameter.
