I changed the radiator in my 1939 pickup which is similar in construction to yours. I borrowed a friend and when the fan was out of the way, we got on each side of the radiator and lifted it up and out of the engine compartment. Just reversed the steps to replace with the new radiator.
Is that the radiator I sold to you a few months back?
