You did not mention gear ratio or exhaust system which will factor into your decision.
IMO, any advice you receive here is just based off of speculation since it is unlikely that anyone actually has your exact engine combination and vehicle weight. Since Bill Stipe and Jim have likely dyno-ed their own cams with different engine combinations (-I know Bill has), I would make my final decision based solely off of their recommendations.
