The blinkie timer is set so if you do it quick its perfect for lane changes then hold longer for turns as well as always on if you hold brake. Also, the length of it puts the lever at your finger tips with a stock size steering wheel just like your modern car. I think there was a bunch of thought put in the design. Made in USA like our Fords. I do have a VW part in my 34, its a 12v bug horn hidden in original horn housing. Ken
