'30 Canadian fordor 165c RHD
Im curious to see if the Murray body number on 1930 fordors [ front wooden cross member in front of seat] also appears in US production? It could be it was stamped in Canada. These bodies were not assembled here as body building did not begin in NZ until 1936. The '5''is followed by what maybe a stylised 'f'' & denotes a standard fordor ; 3''f''.... denotes a TS. The firewall plates do not appear on these RHD cars, also no Canadian data plate after 1928.
Murray 3W fordors in 1929 here usually had the Murray medallion on the lower rightside cowl.
So, has anyone seen a body number like this on a 1930, early ''31 fordor in Nth America?
