I have measured the right side tail light from Bob Drake and the spacer is welded to the tail light housing.

It is solid steel 1" in diameter bored and tapped for the rumble step pad. It is 7/8" tall. Hope that helps.

I do not believe it is sold separately, so a spacer would need to be made.
