Hallo Guten Tag!
The overhauled steering gear is finally finished.
I also mounted the segment shaft with an O-ring and silicone rubber paste.
Since the upper bronze bearing was very worn, I installed an adapter in the oil hole. Now the oil level is 15 mm higher.
I use thick 680 gear oil with 5 % MoS2.
