A god friend of mine passed away a few years ago and his son was wise enough to keep the Jack Henry manifold his dad a had. It was an early attempt at hot rodding the V8. It was basically a recast '32 intake with a 2 carb bridge cast over the original carb mount area and bolted to 2 holes cut into the manifold , one before the original carb pad and one after. Just for fun, he and a friend bolted the intake onto the friends '40 deluxe tudor and left the hood off. They went to a local run in San Diego and had a steady flow of people staring and asking questions about the "odd" manifold. They had a great day answering all the questions. I wish he takes pix, but neither thought of it at the time.
