I have an H in my 41. Like Rotorwrench said, I had to use the engine back plate and bellhousing from the truck as well as the motor mounts.
I believe the main differences between the G and H are the distributor and oil pump. If you are worried about finding parts, the H is not any better than the G. I have a hard time finding parts.
