No luck about it … they make a quality deal.

I use to keep a fleet of 18 ex U haul F 600’s running for a friend of mine.
They all had old Pertronix conversions with who knows how many miles ….. In 6 years I only had one old one fail and iv never had a new one go bad.

The best thing about them is the points screw right back in if need be …. Just keep them in the glove box w condenser and the wire to run to the coil.
