BMW and Mercedes are nice cars when new, but they are over-engineered.

They are a maintenance nightmare. Parts and labor. I know of a guy that spent $2200 having the two front shocks replaced on a Mercedes. Ya gotta be kidding me, NO WAY. It was very labor intensive and a hard job.

I would never own any of them.
