They're grossly over engineered. Just good and tight is good enough. Nice and tight and then to the next castellation if you're using them. No need to go mad on 'em.
The only ones that are more critical are the rear lower ones where they attach the radius rods on some models. Same applies, nice and tight, I'd guess about 50 lbs ft.
