im looking for the torque on the four 1/2 inch square head bolts that hold the spindle to the backing plate. sorry for the confusion

The drum turns on an inter and outer bearing and does not use a torque value. It is tightened and set based on the free turning of the bearings. Or am I misunderstanding what you are asking?
